COVID-19 Mask Project – April 2020

This is a special one-time project organized by the Rotary Club of Comayagua to make face masks for impoverished families in Comayagua, Honduras.  

The government mandated that everybody wear a mask in public without exception.  The project will:

• Make masks to give to impoverished people who they know and have been working with in communities in and around Comayagua.
• Hire and pay some of the women in our Global Grant project to make the masks,  giving them some income to buy food.

This project is now complete.  HELP Sponsors donated over CDN $5,000 to this project.
